BAHAN-BAHAN

  • 4-5 biji kentang
  • daging hancur
  • bawang besar (dipotong dadu)
  • sedikit marjerin
  • lada hitam (dikisar)
  • daun sup
  • garam secukup rasa

CARA MASAKAN

  1. Goreng kentang (atau rebus, ikut mana yang anda suka)
  2. Goreng daging hancur (hingga keluar air)
  3. Goreng bawang besar dengan  marjerin (SCS butter, bau dan rasa lebih sedap! Jgn letak banyak sangat untuk elak berminyak)
  4. Lenyek dan gaulkan semua bahan yang digoreng
  5. Campur sedikit garam/lada hitam/daun sup
  6. Siap! 🙂

    • mesti lah sedap. sbb tiap2 hari ada aje org kene habiskan. kalau tak sedap, tak habis. 😛
